Outcomes & Accountability

Measuring progress toward stability.

The Megan Murphy Foundation is building programs that can be tracked, reported, improved, and scaled — because serious funding requires serious accountability.

Connected Training Outcomes

Elevate Women AI helps deliver the workforce education piece.

Elevate Women AI connects to the foundation as the training-school platform for the Elevate Workforce Academy.

Through Elevate Workforce Academy, participants complete structured training in AI literacy, career readiness, digital skills, workplace communication, and employment preparation. The foundation can track attendance, completion, certificates, resumes, interviews, referrals, and participant follow-up for grant reporting.

Help us turn support into measurable change.

We welcome funders, employers, churches, workforce partners, shelters, recovery programs, and community organizations who want to help women move from instability toward long-term independence.
