mentorship, and barrier-removal support. Elevate Women AI serves as the training-school partner that delivers
structured workforce and AI-readiness education through the Elevate Workforce Academy.

Elevate Workforce Academy is the foundation’s flagship workforce education program, delivered through
Elevate Women AI. The academy provides free 6-week training cohorts focused on AI literacy, digital skills,
career readiness, and professional confidence.
6-week cohort model: 2 weeks AI literacy, 2 weeks career readiness, 2 weeks digital and data skills
