Programs & Service Model

Programs built for workforce outcomes and long-term stability.

The Megan Murphy Foundation provides free, practical programs that help women overcome barriers to employment, develop modern workforce skills, and move toward economic independence.

Program Strategy

One foundation. Multiple pathways to self-sufficiency.

Our program model is designed to meet women at different stages of rebuilding while keeping the work measurable, fundable, and scalable.

The Megan Murphy Foundation focuses on workforce development, digital readiness, professional confidence, mentorship, and barrier-removal support. Elevate Women AI serves as the training-school partner that delivers structured workforce and AI-readiness education through the Elevate Workforce Academy.

Core Programs

Clear programs grant reviewers can understand, measure, and fund.

Each program is built around practical outputs: completed training, employment readiness plans, resumes, interviews, referrals, mentorship, and workforce placement support.

Connected Training School

Elevate Women AI is the education arm connected to the foundation.

The Megan Murphy Foundation identifies the need, funds access, removes barriers, and supports participants. Elevate Women AI provides the structured training environment where women build AI literacy, digital skills, and career readiness.

This structure makes the model stronger for grants because funders can clearly see both sides: the nonprofit support system and the workforce training delivery platform.
